The site or course evaluation and analysis phase is the initial step in my design process. Careful study, review and analysis allows me to gain an intimate understanding of the intended development property, its attributes and unique environment. Whether it is a new build, renovation or restoration project, my deep understanding of each project site and the varied needs, goals and desires of my clients informs me to produce a wide variety of preliminary routing plans, concept plans, strategy plans or individual hole enhancement studies that creatively address the specific planning needs of my projects.
